Yes. Once your order has been processed and dispatched by the manufacturer, we’ll confirm the tracking information for you and send you a shipping confirmation email that includes all of the tracking information available.
You may cancel your order before it has been processed for shipment. Once an order enters the packaging or fulfillment stage, it cannot be cancelled. If you change your mind after this stage, you can still return the product in accordance with our return policy.
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item. Items must be returned in unused condition, with original packaging and all accessories intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a verified defect or error on our part.
If your item hasn't arrived after 60 days from the shipping date, please contact us. Once we verify the issue with our logistics partners, we will offer either a full refund or a replacement.
