OUR REFUND & RETURN POLICY
At The Gamer’s Life, we aim to deliver top-tier gear while keeping costs low for our community. Because we ship directly from our manufacturers to you, our policies are designed to be transparent, fair, and realistic about timelines and expectations.
Shipping & Delivery Timelines
• All products are shipped directly from our manufacturers, which helps us eliminate middlemen and pass the savings on to you.
• Delivery times may range from 7 to 30 business days, depending on product availability and your shipping location.
• Due to occasional shipping delays outside our control, refund requests for undelivered orders are only processed after 60 days from the date of purchase.
Returns: Change of Mind
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are: Unused, in original condition AND returned with all original packaging and accessories.
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
• Once your return is received and inspected, a refund (excluding shipping costs) will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective you must:
1. Report the issue within 7 days of delivery.
2. Email our customer service team at support@thegamerslife.com with the following information:
• Your Name (First & Last)
• Shipping address used for purchase
• A detailed explanation of the issue
• Photos and video clearly showing the defect
• Order details (i.e., Order Date, Order Number)
If verified as a manufacturer’s defect, we will:
• Offer a free replacement or
• Issue a full refund immediately
Note: Damage caused by customer misuse, wear and tear, or mishandling is not covered under this policy.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
• If your order hasn’t arrived within 60 days, contact our support team.
• Once confirmed lost (and not still in transit), you will receive a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Items labeled as “Final Sale”
• Products without original packaging
• Used or altered products
• Digital or downloadable items (if applicable)
Refund Processing Time
• All approved refunds are processed within 7 business days of product inspection or approval.
• Refunds are applied to your original payment method.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
